Gilberto Cobian: Has 25 years of experience in different restaurant bars,like YOLIS in Los Angeles California, SANDY’S in Guadalajara Jalisco, Mexico and Papa’s, in El Paso, TX. His background is in Mexican cuisine.
Victoria “Reyna” Cobian: Has 25 years of experience in Business Management.
Gilbert and Reyna both have certification diplomas in ceramics. They are the creators of the Santo Coyote Indian along with other pieces that are displayed within the boutique of the restaurant itself. With more than 18 years of experience in ceramics all of their pieces are hand made and one of a kind. Come and see all of their art and take home a little piece of the coyote spirit.
